Acronis Ransomware Protection Won't Start (Windows 10.0.17763.437) after Installing New Graphics Driver

After installing this Intel Graphics driver from Toshiba on my machine (my specs are in my bio) to fix an igdum32.dll ARPtray.exe error and restarting, Acronis Ransomware Protection will no longer start. How can I fix this without uninstalling the graphics driver (because the error will come back if I keep Acronis Ransomware Protection) or uninstalling Acronis permanently?
