Since a Windows 10 Blue screen Ransomeware protection tells me that active protection is temporarely unavaible; I did reinstall it, but without result. What is wrong?

Hi!
Thank you for your posting! I'd start with checking that Acronis is not blocked in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts or Firewall and connection is not going through the proxy, please refer to my comment in https://forum.acronis.com/comment/506393#comment-506393

host file didn't mention any Acronis data and looked like in solution, checker results give SUCCES as a result ( see file ) but still no active protection is starting

Thank you for checking! Could you please collect Acronis system report  (don't select any product, navigate straight to the point "Using AcronisInfo" and download the tool from the link shown below)  from the PC in question and upload to our FTP server (I've sent you  link for upload in a personal message. To access personal messages, go to My account at the top of a forum page and then to Dialogs). Hopefully the log files will shed more light on the issue.

Hello,

I've checked the FTP link - it opens correctly on my machine, just copy the link tp://p40iv6sdu6****@cftp.acronis.com/ and past into the Windows Explorer address bar (make sure there are no empty spaces before the link), press Enter and in the opened window you should see

copy collected archive with Acronis System Report into the opened folder.
