Cloud backup space is not accurate

I am trying out the free version of Acronis Ransomware Protection and during setup it asked me to add folders I would like backed up to the cloud. I selected my "documents" folder which is only 522Mb in size but during backup to the cloud it said it used all of my 5Gb in free storage before the backup was finished and is now I have exceeded by 5.47Gb and it is still not finished. *** This is obviously a big problem and I will not likely consider purchasing your Business Backup product if the cloud storage is this buggy.

Hi! 

Welcome to Acronis user forums! I've checked your Cloud account - it shows 0 MB used out of 5 GB. I'd suggest re-installing the software and re-attempting the backup.
