Not enough space on Acronis Cloud for the next backup after buying more storage
as the general troubleshooting steps to start with we'd recommend
- make sure Acronis is not blocked by antivirus and firewall as per instructions in the articles
- try to log out and log in to your personal account in the product
- remove the backup task and add a new file to backup
- reinstall the software
