Unable to launch Acronis Ransomeware Protection

When I launch Acronis Ransomeware Protection I can see it start in Task Manager and then it flashes Suspended in the status columns and closes.

I've checked .NET using the Microsoft NetFxRepairTool and it found nothing wrong.

Uninstall, reinstalled, uninstalled again, ran Acronis cleanup utility, reinstalled but same issue.

Event Viewer has a couple logs

Hello Bert,

thank you for your posting! The error message refers to issues with the crashing component. I haven't found similar reports from other users submitted recently, looks like the issue is environment specific. Unfortunately, such issues can be investigated only with the help of developers and our support engineers, which is not possible for a freeware product. If you have time, you may want to install a free trial version of Acronis True Image on this PC and if the issue reproduces, submit a support ticket for investigation.
