E007A00C: Cannot Connect to Computer 'server.domain' Access denied

After install the latest build for my Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange Version (1.0.0.239) the following error occurs after try to connect to my exchange server:
E007A00C: Cannot connect to Computer 'server.domain'. Access denied.
What can I do? A restart after installation was done!

Hi!
Thans for you response to my question. I found no pre-installation steps in the user guide. Installed Exchange Version is Exchange 2007 SP3 (08.03.0083.000).
I need more help!

Thank you for your reply.
At the user guide, navigate to page 10, chapter 1.6.
For your MS Exchange 2007, you need the Microsoft Messaging API and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1. Current version is 6.5.8244.0. If you have an older version installed, you have first to uninstall it. For the download and instructions, please follow this link to the MS knowledge base.
Try to install the Acronis Management Console on the same machine, as you then install the Agent for Exchange. For all connection issues, please see this article from our knowledge base.
