No Legacy boot for NEW Dell laptops (Latitude 5410) Can not boot from UEFI

We use Snap Deploy 5, works fine on PC's that can boot into Legacy Boot, now the new PCs are removing this option and only boot UEFI, secure boot is only option. We need to create images and deploy using OFFLINE USB drives, Current version tested is 2028. Dell boots and internal HD is not a choice as source drive.

Hello Lewis,

all of the Acronis rescue media is capable of booting in both Legacy and UEFI boot modes.

KB 59877: Acronis True Image: how to distinguish between UEFI and Legacy BIOS boot modes of Acronis Bootable Media

If the drive is not detected, I'd recommend raising a support ticket for investigation. Alternatively, you may want trying a WinPE-based bootable media.
