SnapDeploy5 - changing or updating the location of the Licensing Server

I'm having issues with Deployments using SnapDeploy5.  It seems to not be able to resolve or find the Licensing server.  It keeps looking for the licensing server by the server name and I want to change it to look for the IP address instead.  How/where can I update that setting?
