UEFI question with Snap Deploy 5

I have Snap Deploy 5 running on Server 2012 R2 which also functions as the DHCP server.  I enabled PXE booting on the devices and when I go to boot the .WIM file and the Snap Deploy Agent from the server.  It says the NBP file downloaded successfully but it says "IP: IP Address source: boot.wim and it acts like it gets hung up before shutting down or coming up with a Recovery screen.  I have the template built out already but I have had spotty issues imaging devices.  Is there anything else I can try out?

I'd start with the solutions offered in 47134: Acronis Software: Troubleshooting PXE Booting Issues. If the issue persist, please open a support ticket for the more in-depth investigation.
