A does not start deploying

Since moving to Snap Deploy 6, our deployment tasks don't start.  We are using the Windows PE image pver PXE network boot.  The agent starts fine, but then sits at the deployment screen waiting forever.  We have the same result on 4 different models of HP computer, which previously we had no such issue with.   What is maybe an issue, there is nothing showing under the network adapters that are available.  If I run the agent via USB with the network drivers on it it will deploy fine.  I tried adding the drivers into the PXE image but that didn't work, same result, just sits there.

Is there some kind of compatibility with the PXE image on Management Server in version 6?

Hello Bruce,

I'm not aware of any compatibility issues, however I'd suggest re-creating the PE image using the updated software media builder. If the same WinPE media works correctly when booted as a standalone tool, but still shows no networks interfaces when loaded to PXE, the issue definitely needs to be investigated with the help of Acronis support team (please let me know, if any assistance with the support ticket is needed).

Thank you for that.  I did try recreating the PE image a few times from within version 6. I will raise it with support.

Hello Bruce,

just following up on the issue - would you mind sharing the outcome of the investigation here, so that other users could find it?

This one is still a work in progress.  Support requested that I provide several things such as logs.  I have not been able to do that as I have no PC's available to test it on, the semiconductor shortage has meant we are very short on PCs!  Once I have progress I will post back here.  We have though installed the server in 3 other environments, and all three have this issue.  So I am surprised it is not a more widely occurring issue for other customers.
