Snap Deploy Agent - Workstation not getting an IP Address

Hello,
I am using Snap Deploy 4, when trying to deploy an image on a workstation using a thumb drive I am unable to obtain an IP address for the workstation. When I open the optional configuration box that I see under Deployment the server and IP address however, under Network Adapters, I am not able to expand to see if the workstation has an IP address or not like I have been able to in the past with other workstations. Nothing has changed on the server side or the thumb drive that I use to initiate the image. Also nothing has changed with the network settings of the port that the machine is plugged into.

In the past I am use to seeing it pull a 169.... address and usually just wait a few minutes and the workstation will pull an IP address.

What has changed is the model of the workstation, here is the info of the make/model;
Make: Lenovo
Model: M10B6 - 0009US

Any ideas as to why I'm not getting an IP address now or why the Network Adapters no longer has a drop down allowing me to see the IP address or configure it manually ?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I am familial with this product and have used it for almost 3 years.
Thanks in advance.
- Nick

Its probably best to contact support directly for a quicker answer than on the forum as responses can be sporadic here.

I understand that but I don't have the number to call support, it's not on your website.

I dont work for them. Just another customer.

Go to the Support Portal and then your account page. You should be able to submit a case there.
