Acronis True Image 2016

My Acronis True Image 2016 product has been working up until a few days.  When I attempted to open the application a warning screen overlaid the regular screen, telling me my Cloud subscription was running out and my data was at risk.  I have a perpetual license so have never used the cloud.  The warning did allow me to check the cloud so I did just to make sure nothing was stored there and nothing was. The warning screen was difficult to eliminate and when I did ATI 2016 would not perform a backup.  I had the feeling the problem was tied to me not pay a subscription fee.  Just in case ATI somehow got corrupted, I uninstalled the program though the control panel and deleted the files on drive C.  I down loaded the program and reinstalled it – same problem.  If it is that I have to pay $69 for a Cloud subscription to get the application to work I will find another program or just use Win10 backup.

Welcome to these user forums.

Please can you post a screen shot of your ATIH 2016 Account page showing which product you have - it should look similar to the one from my system attached below.

I would contact technical support to verify your license type and that your license is registered as perpetual.  Perhaps, when you upgraded or installed, it activated the 30 day free trial of Acronis Cloud and now that is winding down. If that's all it is, should be nothing to worry about - although the warning would indeed be annoying.  If you are using a perpetual license, you do not need to log in wiht your account in the app either and can log out of it.  However, if not logged in, then the first time you launch it, you will be prompted to do so, but can then just click past it.

Check with technical support to verify your license though.
