Black screen while clonning

hello. I recently bought an western digital blue ssd 500 gb. On WD website there is a like to download acronis true image in order to clone my old hdd to sdd. 

 

I followed all of the instructions on the website and after clonning my pc restarted and i had to wait about 10 mins for the clonning progress to finish. 

 

After waiting my computer starts working and all i get is a black screen with a blinking cursor. I already waited for 4 hours so far and its the same.

Khaled, welcome to these User Forums.

Please see KB 2201: Support for OEM Versions of Acronis Products as this regards your WD version of Acronis True Image you downloaded from the WD website.

Please also see: [IMPORTANT] CLONING - How NOT to do this which was written because of other users like yourself following instructions for OEM products without fully understanding the risks involved.

I would recommend disconnecting the new 500GB SSD after shutting your computer down fully, then see if you can boot into your Windows OS without any errors or issues?  

If you can still boot your original disk drive into Windows, then please make a full disk backup before attempting to do anything further.
