Hi,

for a few days now, I keep getting error messages with my cloud backups.

I am a new Acronis user and I am surprised how unstable the cloud backup is running.

Does anyone have similar problems and experiences? Is this normal with acronis? 

I use "Cyber Protect Home Office Advanced"- Build 40173

Error Messages:

There is a connection problem or an error on the server. Check your Internet connection or try again later.

Windows error: (0xFFFF81D4) There is a connection problem or an error on the server. Check your Internet connection or try again later.

or

Hi,

Seit ein paar Tagen bekomme ich immer wieder Fehlermeldungen bei meinen Cloud Backups.

Ich bin neuer Acronis Nutzer und bin verwundert wie unstabil das Cloud-Backup läuft.

Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme und Erfahrungen? Ist das bei acronis normal?

See KB 4350: Acronis Backup to Cloud access ports and hostnames - for details of where all the servers are and what ports they use.

Use the above in conjunction with the Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool.

If you still have issues, then please open a Support Case direct with Acronis as they are the only ones with access to the server side of the Cloud support.
