Problem with Consolidation - help!

Hi,

I'm running Acronis Backup 2016 on 3 PCs backing up to a Synology DS213 NAS with a 3TB drive with 2TB of free space.  2 of the PCs being backed up are identical Microsoft Surfacebook pros, one of which backs up properly the other doesn't (which is why I'm posting this).  The configuration settings in Acronis appear to be identical between the two machines.  I've tried deleting all the backups from Cachet (the affected PC), cloning the settings, rebooting the PC before backup, but nothing seems to work.  I can't find any articles on the forum that seem to help.  Any ideas?

Never mind - I found that reinstalling Acronis True Image on the affected PC fixed the problem.

Thanks for the update - repair installation of ATI can fix all sorts of issues.
