TI WD Edition 2016 does not save settings !

This software is crap !
Always settings priority compression level are not saved !
And I do not use a scheme or automatic backup, but always starting things though not in settings !
Obviously acronis made a cheap version for manufactures with defects
so that people should buy the full version !

And also no support !
The manufactures should so that though they do not support the software and have no knowledge !
Also about this acronis lies !

Talk to Acronis about this.  Their official statement is in the documents I referenced above. We are just users here, not Acronis employees.

The OEM versions of ATI are given away by disk vendors for free (and modified by those vendors often to cripple them to work only with their make of drives) plus are much older versions than the current ATI commercial application. 

The adage applies: you get what you pay for!  With the WD app, you pay for a disk drive and get limited free software.
