Unable to change Acronis account email
For some reason I cannot edit my email address in my Acronis account. I can log in with my old email address and password, but if I use the same password to save a new email address, nothing happens. Very weird. Problem with website? Tried with Firefox and MS Edge; same result.
Alex, if there are any issues with your Acronis Account, you will need to contact Acronis directly for this. You can contact Acronis via the options described in the Useful Links > How to get support? linked page - where you can raise non-technical issue such as those with your account, or else send a private message to the forum moderator, Ekaterina.
Please send me the new email-address in a private message (click Send message under my profile) and I will change the registration email in our system. There are indeed some issues with the account. Our web team is working on the fix.
