Unable to sign in to activate Acronis Cyber Protect on licensed pcs

Been trying all day to login through application in order to activate account on multiple pcs after purchasing license some time ago. I get an error message each time I try to activate: "An error occurred while signing in. Try again later." I haven't found anything on the site to help me diagnose this error or any posting by Acronis regarding the problem. Application was downloaded and is latest build. I have a license for 5 pcs.

Same problem overhere.
Backup started 20-02-2002 20:00 (CET) worked fine.
Backup started 20:30 came with the following problem:
2022-02-20T20:30:04:721+01:00 23064 E01E7000A: Error 0x1e7000a: There is a connection problem or an error on the server. Check your Internet connection or try again later.
Program says I have to activate, but this is not working both online and offline.

Daniel, David, if the sign in issue hasn't resolved itself by the time you read this post, then I can only advise contacting Acronis Support directly as only they are in a position to remedy any issues with their servers.

I have the same problem. I need to deactivate license on an old computer to install on a new.
But I get a login error on all devices. Have check firewall and certificates. Very annoying.
Log stil talks about SSL error, but I have installed the lastest root certificate:

It's not the activation of a license that is the problem.
It's the deactivating of a license used by an old computer (that is not available).
To unregister that I have to login, and that soesnæt work :-(

Lars-Erik, I can only suggest that you open a Non-Technical support case direct with Acronis for this which is still available for licensing & activation issues.
