W11 Pro Build 22621 & Acronis 2016: Windows explorer can no longr open TIP files

I used to be able to browse my TIB files using windows explorer.  Now all I get is a long green bar along the top of explorer, but it never opens.  I can open the TIB in the Acronis UI, so the TIB is valid.  Has anybody else encountered this?  What was your resolution?

Hello Sieg!

To resolve this issue, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Restart your computer and try browsing TIB files in Windows Explorer again.

  2. Update your version of Acronis True Image to the latest version available. This can be done by clicking on the "Check for updates" option in the software.

  3. Check for any conflicting software that may be causing the issue, such as antivirus or firewall software. Disable any conflicting software temporarily and try browsing TIB files in Windows Explorer again.

  4. Run a system file check (SFC) to scan for any corrupted Windows system files. To do this, open the Command Prompt as an administrator and type "sfc /scannow" (without quotes), then press Enter.
