Trying to recover a file, get "Cannot find version 1 you may have moved or deleted it. Please click Brows and specify its location. If you ignore it, the previous version will be used for recovery".

If I hit "Ignore this version" I go through and endless loop probably have ignored 200x.

Browse brings me no-where. I can manually enter the path at browse.

!. I have NOT moved or deleted backups. Same NAS for years.

2. It is set to validate monthly.

3. Scheme is full version every 5, delete version chains older than 20 days

Kent, welcome to these public User Forums.

This type of error is normally caused because backup .tib files have been deleted or moved using Explorer outside of the cleanup options offered in the ATI GUI task settings but if you are confident that this is not the case here, then the next option to resolve this is by forcing a rebuild of the internal database used to track these files.

Please see KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings - for details of how to rebuild the database.
