Hi,

I'm going nuts trying to solve this.

Everything was going fine incremental bkups.

Then I deleted some old bkups through explorer and started getting some errors.

yeah I now know that this was not the way to delete!

I've run diagnostics to check drives and all come back without error.

Tried backing up to another new drive evo 850 and get the same failed errors.

Uninstalled reinstalled blah blah blah.......driving me nuts!

I'd appreciate any help in solving, included a MPV log file.

Thanks.

Patrick, welcome to the public User Forums.

The log information indicates that this is a snapshot error and therefore I would recommend that you download the Acronis VSS Doctor tool (link below) and run this to identify and resolve any VSS errors on your computer.  VSS is used to create snapshot data, hence this advice.

Error 0x101fe: Failed to read data from the disk.
error 0x10c45a: Failed to read the snapshot.

Hi Steve,

Dl VSS doctor, found errors.

Ran chkdsk /f/r/x and that appears to have fixed the problems.

Ran ATI full bkup without issue.

Thanks for the assistance much appreciated.

Cheers,

Pat
