My computer no longer recognizes tibx files as an Acronis backup file

I have just started installing Acronis 2020 on a new computer we are deploying. I have one computer that I have put a lot of work into and have one remaining problem. This computer no longer recognizes tibx files as an Acronis backup file. Does anyone know how to re-associate the Acronis backup tibx file so that it can be mounted by the Acronis program?
