Notifications not working

I continue to receive error messages when attempting to receive notification of a backup.  I have checked all of my information at least 10 times and my input is correct in order to receive a notification when a backup is complete.

Please advise

How are you wanting to receive notifications? 
Is this by email from the Notifications settings for your backup task?
Is it from the Acronis Dashboard?

Note: Only TLS with Port 587 should be used as the version of SSL used by all versions of ATI are deemed to be insecure and not allowed by the majority of ISP's.
