True Image 2017 Recovery USB Medium. No Drive showen

Hello. I have created an Recovery USB Stick with True Image 2017 and booting it on my Lenovoe Win10 Notebook. The Problem is that then in den Explorer no Drives showen to select the Backup Files. Can anybody help ? Thanks

What type of USB recovery media have you created?  The default for ATI 2017 and earlier versions is based on Linux and may not have support for more modern NVMe type SSD drives.

The rescue media can be created as Windows PE media which would have more device support.  The MVP Custom PE builder tool (link in my signature) can be used to create the WinPE rescue media, and can also inject device drivers for RAID and NVMe drives if needed.

When booting the rescue media, it is important that you match the BIOS mode used by your Windows 10 OS.
