I'm using Windows 10 x 64, latest build ( 1903 ) I tried many times Try and Decide, but is not working anymore I activate this option, delete / uninstall something from the C partition, reboot the PC, then I have 2 options : Continue Discard If I click discard, the program I uninstalled / deleted / should be exatcly there, untouched But is gone Is there maybe some incompatibilities between Acronis TI 2017 - Windows 10 x64 latest build ?? Any adviced are welcome, thank you

Please see KB 46475: Acronis True Image: Troubleshooting Try&Decide Issues - which has some suggestions that may help here.

Thank you but for me, Try&Decide is useless now

I tried many times, different stuff...

No go

I give you another example : I activate Try&Decide.

I do install something, on the C partition. I reboot the PC and select DISCARD

The program I installed, SHOULDN'T be installed. But is there

I think, there is some incompatibilities between Windows 10 x64 Enterprise ( latest build ) and Acronis Try&Decide

I wouldn't mind to buy the latest Acronis version, but I'm not sure if the issue goes away or not

I do not believe that there are particular incompabilities between TnD and Win 10 x64 editions of the OS, but there may be between how TnD works and the modern BIOS found in newer computers, especially where UEFI and Secure Boot is involved.

On the limited occasions I have tested TnD I have avoided doing any reboot of Windows with TnD enabled / active.  Rather, I have started TnD, installed an application, doing testing, then have made a decision about whether to keep or discard the changes when stopping TnD within the same Windows session.  This has worked fine for me using this approach.

Obviously the above approach can't be used if the changes involve having to restart the computer!
