ACRONIS TRUE IMAGE 2018 synchronisation problem beetween 2 PC under Window

Hi, I have a problem since few weeks with folder synchronisation beetween 2 PC running windows 10. It was working fine but since 2 or 3 weeks it doesn't synchronise anymore.

I use acronis true image 2018 without cloud subscription. But normaly cloud subscription is only needed to cloud sync, but for sync beetween pc it is not needed.

Can you confirm that? Otherwize do you help me to make sync working again?

Pascal, welcome to these public User Forums.

The first point to check is whether there are any issues shown in the logs created by your synchronisation tasks when they attempt to run?

You can use the new log viewer tool per the link below. 
MVP Assistant update for Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office (Version 1.1.5.0)

Look at the Sync Agent logs shown by the MVP Assistant under the 'Active Logs' heading of the Log Viewer page of the Assistant.

The log files should be zipped to preserve their original file names if sharing in the forums and would need to be less than 3MB in size, otherwise you would need to share the zip file via a Cloud share service such as OneDrive, Dropbox etc.

I don't know why but since yesterday morning synchronisation is running again!!!!! And I didn't do anything for that.

Anyway I downloaded MVP assistantand I found the folowing trace in the active syncagent.log file

I removed line with personnal data it is for that you can see line with dots (......). as it is in french I put the line with error message in bold, italyc and underline style. 

What I understand from the error is that acronis was trying to synchronize directories not to the otherr PC but to the cloud, and as I don't have cloud sucscription it cannot work.

Now the problem is why acronis did sync to the cloud  as I never click on it to do the sync, I always on PC link on the first PC and joined synchronisation on the second?

Just for information few days ago to try to fix the issue I desinsttal acronis from both PC and reinstalled it, But I got the same issue. And yesterday as a miracle it start running itself.

Pascal, the good news is that sync has started again by itself without any obvious reason for why it stopped in the first place or for why it has started again!

I am sorry but I have no answer to why the above is the case or why it should have been trying to sync to the Acronis Cloud when you have no subscription for the same??

I do not use Acronis sync myself so cannot point to anything that I have experienced with that feature.  I have a Synology NAS and use the sync tool provided by Synology with their Drive Client that sync's my files to my other PC's plus to my iPad and mobile phone too.
