any bug in the backups, can you explain the dates and red squared names?

RED squared in the attachment indicates the 3 more recent backups, Can you tell me if files names are the correct ones???? is any bug in the backups, can you explain the dates and red squared names?

Leonidas, the names of the files are correct for the scenario shown in your image with other older existing files having the same root names.

See the ATI 2018 User Guide: Backup file naming where this is explained.

If you are creating a new backup, and there is already a file with the same name, the program does not delete the old file, but adds to the new file the "-number" suffix, for example, my_documents_inc_b2_s2_v1-2.tib.

So, in case wanted Recovery of Files, Programs/Software and OS windows 10 pro, i boot from rescue media and choose the newest File.tib in this folder...? Correct?

Yes, correct - all should be fine provided that there are matching Full & Incremental files from the same backup chain.  You can check that by doing a validation of the chain.
