How to prevent Acronis from restoring a GPT disk as MBR?

Hi,
I have made a Backup via our Acronis Cyber Protect Server of a machine running UEFI with a GPT Disk.
I built an almost exact replica of that PC and want to restore the backup from the first PC to said replica.
So I boot up via my Acronis USB Stick via UEFI and select restore, the Files are on a seperate USB-SSD.
Now Acronis always says the disk I'm restoring to will be initialised as MBR, I do not want to do this though.
Every time I restore this way, I get an error that says the EFI Partition could not be mounted.
This even happens if I specifically format the disk to GPT beforehand.
I simply want to restore a GPT disk to another GPT disk. Why is this happening? The restored disk is not bootable this way, resulting in a dead backup.

Hello Steven, thank you for taking your time.
As I mentioned before, the PC Im trying to restore to is set to UEFI in the setup menu before the OS boots. In the boot menu I specifically chose the UEFI option for booting my acronis stick.
I use the linux version where the disk manager is available. There I delete the volumes of the raid1 mirror disks and initialise it to GPT just to be sure.
Then I start the restore process where I select the backup files, I tried both volume and disk backup and doesn't matter what I try, it always tells me the backup is going to be initialised as MBR. Both the target and the source PCs use GPT and UEFI, though only the target PC has the option to use both UEFI and legacy (but IS set to UEFI).
I get no option to choose something different at all.
If I continue this, the backup will complete 'successfully with warnings' and inside the log there is a yellow error message that says "the efi-system-volume could not be mounted".
When I check that restore with the disk manager, there is no uefi start partition and my boot fix tools don't work on them, resulting in a dead restore.
If I am at the wrong place with my product then I'd be happy to be shown where to go with my problems. I decided to post here because I already have 2 tickets open for different problems and it takes days/weeks before I get any answers, so I hoped the community might be faster with this particular problem.
Edit: I accidentally created a double post, I'd like to apologize for that and I deleted the duplicate post.

Kim, if you already have 2 support tickets open and this is a related issue to those, then I would recommend reaching out via a private message to Jose Pedro Magalhaes who is one of the Acronis forum moderators here and will be best placed to advise you on where to seek further support for this recovery issue, including the correct forum to post to. Please include your ticket details in the message to Jose.

Hello Steve,
Again thank you for your time.
The tickets are not related to this problem. I don't like to open multiple tickets about the same problem, as I consider this kind of rude and unnessecary (I too work with tickets at my workplace) and one ticket for now is getting archived since it was about an ETA of an upcoming bugfix that seems to empty the aakore.file which prevents certain services from running.
I'm just generally confused and was hoping to get some ideas about how and why the problem I mentioned in this thread is happening.
I now reformatted my acronis boot stick just to be sure and made it bootable with rufus and now im trying a restore again. What I find kind of puzzling is the fact that before the restore only took 5-10mins and now it takes 20-50mins.
I'm always restoring the same files, I don't understand why the restore time is so wildly different each time.
While restoring, Acronis now does not say anymore that it will be initialised as MBR but after the restore it still says "succeeded with warnings" and when I go into the logs it still says "Failed to mount the EFI System volume".
I don't understand why this simple restore is not working as they are the same Model and Type of PCs.
I would love to upload a picture here but I always get an error message saying the file could not be uploaded. I even converted it to jpeg 109KB size as the limit is 3MB but no luck.

Kim, I understand about raising new tickets as came from a similar support background.
I am struggling to help you here simply because I do not know the product involved, so perhaps it would be best to try raising this in the Acronis Cyber Protect 15 Forum where you should find other users of your Acronis Cyber Protect Server application and who have experience in dealing with restores to RAID based systems.
On the file upload issue, this is known by Acronis and the only work-around is either to use the Imce File Manager icon (to the left of the YouTube icon in the editor panel) which allows you to embed images, or else to share a link to images via a cloud service such Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox etc.
With Acronis True Image / Cyber Protect Home Office products there is no need to use tools such as Rufus to create rescue media - this is easier to do via the Acronis Rescue Media Builder tool integrated with the application.
