While ATI 2019 is not officially supported on Windows 11, there are many reports of it being successfully used.

Have you tried a repair installation. Download the latest build of ATI 2019 from your account. The in Explorer select the installation file and chose Run as administrator, and when prompted select repair rather than remove.

I do not understand what you mean by "copy of the directory from one machine to the other, always error.' What exactly are you trying to do?

Max, copying True Image from another PC will never work correctly as there are other changes that installing makes that cannot be copied in that way!

With Win 11 you will also need to not have Core Isolation / Memory Integrity enabled when installing Acronis as this will prevent the install from succeeding due to the Acronis tib.sys driver for Try & Decide being not compatible with this feature of Windows security.

All versions of Acronis need to be installed as Administrator in order to have the required permissions / authorities to work correctly.
