Desktop applications freezing

Hi Community,

I need your help. I have a strange problem with my Acronis True Image 2019.

My backup runs every monday. After the backup is done, I have always trouble with my PC on the next days.
I can work with Chrome or OneNote, but I cannot open anymore File Explorer, Excel and mainly most of my desktop apps.

If i reboot my machine and start the service manager immidiatelly, I am able to stop the services of acronis. If i stop and keep the services disabled and can work for weeks. If i enable it again, the same issue starts over.

Do you have any idea what could be the root cause of this issue?

The first suggestion to offer to you is to do a Repair Install of ATI 2019 to see if this resolves this strange issue - see KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings for the details.
