I purchased Acronis 2019 less than a year ago, in April 2019. Making it impossible to get answers for a product you have so quickly abandoned is simply gouging customers.

Steve, ATI 2019 was supported by Acronis for a period of 13 months in total, until September 2019 when ATI 2020 was released to the public.

This is significantly better than the minimum 30-day support from activation / date of purchase that they gave for older versions prior to 2018.

If you are just looking for answers rather than reporting problems, you're better asking the questions here than going through official Acronis support. And Steve may be "just another user" as far as (most of) Acronis is concerned, but for answering questions he is far beyond "just another user".
