No more notification by mail since 17 May 2022

hello we have 25 computer under true image 2020 illimited licences since 3 years , all was ok , we have always received notifications of good or bad save every days  by mail , and since the 17 May no more notification , only  can check by dashboard  everydays , i can't open a ticket at support , product out of date , if everyone could tell me why ??? !!! best regards

Yonnet Frédéric, welcome to these public User Forums.

I can only suggest that when you are signed in to the online Dashboard, that you check your Notifications settings to ensure they are all still set correctly for the Notification you want to receive.

Also in the Dashboard, check that all your computers are shown with the most recent date for when any regular backups have been performed, i.e. that they are all still signed in with your Acronis Account credentials to enable this type of notifications to be generated.

If you want / need to use Acronis Support then you would need to upgrade to using a subscription license for Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office which has superseded all the older True Image products.

hello everything is ok with our dashboard the posts are ok and the boxes are always checked, no change of password or other, the 25 posts no longer send notifications, we are a school and have chosen the unlimited solution without subscription, Acronis works it's just the notification by email of the 25 administrative pc that has disappeared, since the 17 May 2022 .the management refuses to pay annuals subscriptions, we already pay enough of them with other products,  afterwards we will pass everything on Synology if there is no solution, we have 3 big Nas of this firm. I rather think of a change of port or protocol that would have been changed at Acronis Thank you for your answer

One option that you can try is to open a Non-Technical support ticket with Acronis as this issue is arising from their Dashboard servers not sending out notifications.

The other option is to configure email notifications on each of your computers, which will mean doing it 25 times but which then is generated directly from each PC when a backup completes.  This is the method that I have always used myself in preference to the more generic web notifications from the dashboard.

Thank you very much, I had forgotten this option !!! It worked so well before!! all that remains is to do the 25 pc, but a good pity that Acronis no longer manages even software from 2021 it is a bit limited, and above all no service stop warning, have a nice day
