My laptop is an ACER Aspire 3 A315 56 with Acronis True Image 2021 installed.

I have made backups from the C partition and store them on an external HDD.

I would like to restore an image with a bootable disk.

After rebooting, Acronis start and I follow the Recovery Wizard.

One of the screens is:  Recover your system to a previous point in time. And I have to select date and time to recover my system to. The current dat is highlighted, but I cannot change anything.

I only can abort the restoring proces.

When I have selected both the backup and the destination, that should be sufficiant (I think)

Any suggestions?

Willy, welcome to these public User Forums.

When doing the recovery you first need to select one of the highlighted dates in the left calendar box which will then populate any available recovery points for that date in the right side box, shown as times.

You can only click on the Next button when a valid combination of Date and Time has been selected.

See the YouTube video below that shows this working (albeit for the latest ACPHO version and restoring from the Acronis Cloud)...
