Help - So I've created someone Backup Images and restoring them to computers and so far they look fine but I have an issue that is keeping me from using a Bootable USB for another product.  All of my Restore Images will only Boot if I go into the BIOS and change from Legacy to Windows Boot Manager.   What am I doing wrong?

James, welcome to these public User Forums.

If your computer defaults to booting using UEFI (with or without Secure Boot) and you restore a Legacy backup image with the Acronis Rescue Media booted in UEFI mode, then it will automatically migrate the restored OS from Legacy to UEFI boot.

If your computer has any newer NVMe type drives, then these require UEFI boot to work correctly.

Note: all recent computers use UEFI boot and are phasing out support for Legacy boot / MBR.
