Management Console Fails to Connect to Agent 9.5 Enterprise

Getting "Specify correct logon information for remote computer. Please contact with system administrator about permissions or remote authorization rules." when attempting to connect to remote computer running Agent 9.5 Enterprise. Have tried troubleshooting steps in to no avail. Remote computer running Win XP Embedded SP3. Acronis is set up exactly the same, ie; user accounts, etc. as dozens of other PC's in our facility.
