Once you have registered your serial numbers, the downloads become available from your Acronis personal web page--should you need to download again.

You need the serial numbers which was provided at time of purchase. Recheck your emails to locate these serials. If you cannot locate, you will need to contact Acronis customer support with more information about purchase. They should be able to supply you with serial numbers for both products.

Once you have the necessary serial numbers and have registered them at the Aconis website, then you can proceed.

If you have not yet installed the base program, I very strongly suggest that you create a backup of your entire system disk BEFORE you install TrueImage. If you have not installed the main base program, then go to your personal download page and download the Bootable Media ISO download. After download, then burn this iso file onto a new CD as an image. This CD will become the CD to be used to boot your computer into TrueImage and enable you to create this very important backup before installation.

Once you have installed the TrueImage base program (serial number needed), then you can install the plus pack which requires its own serial number.
