Darran, welcome to these public User Forums.

If you haven't yet installed ATI 2020 in Windows on the new Dell laptop, then you will be using Linux based rescue media to create any backup of the disk drive - the Linux media does not have support for some configurations that use either RAID or BitLocker, and may not have device support for some NVMe SSD's.

The answer here is to install ATI 2020 and create the 'Simple' WinPE version of the rescue media which will have the necessary support for all installed devices by using files from the Windows Recovery Environment on that laptop.
