Acronus 10 not backing up
Thread solved

Trying to backup a server using Acronis 10 and have the two error logs (as per attached screenshots)
One has Error code 502 Module 1 & Error code 28 Module 7 and the other has Error code 2 Module 218, Error code 502 Module 1 and Error code 28 Module 7
Any pointers to allow us to back up the server?

have managed to solve the problem. Site needed to run chkdsk before backing up.
