Bottom of TI2015 window not viewable on 10inch Screen-Win7Starter

After Upgrade from TI2014 to TI2015 build 6525 on this Netbook,  I can't see all the program on the screen.
If I select on LH side of screen the Backup Tab, I can not see the boxes at the bottom for ADD Backup, Operations,Recover Files or Back Up Now. These show normally on my Desktop W7 machine with the Prog Maximised or normal view.
Nothing I do on the Netbook will show this bottom section. If I drag down from top of screen with my mouse I can move the top of the window down which gives me even less to see at the bottom. But now I can get to the top right icons to close, minimise or maximise. Maximise fills the screen again but with bottom still obscured.
All other progs can view OK in Normal or maximised view.Since this upgrade had an installation stall at the end (Known fault fixed by Build 6613) and Add Remove Progs still showed TI2014, I used Revo Pro to uninstall TI2014 & 2015. Then a fresh install to TI2015 Build 6613. Ran prog as prompted at end of install completed, and opened up to the same view error.
Any suggestions please. (All I can think is to REVO uninstall this TI2015l and go back to TI2014 which worked - At this rate I'll keep ignoring the prompts to go to TI 2016 on my 2 other Desktop machines - as searching Forum for a fix has many suggestions of both 2015 & 2016 being duds)
