Mike, your email and password credentials need to match the Acronis Account where you have registered your Acronis software.
Sign in at Acronis Account login with those same credentials and check whether your ACPHO is shown in the list of products associated with your account. If it is, then you should be able to activate the software with the credentials, otherwise, you need to use whatever account was used to register the software.
