Error during Boot Cd sequence

I install Acronis True Image Home 2012 Standard (French) and Acronis True Image Home 2012 Plus Pack Upgrade (French) to replace Acronis True Image Home 2011 (French) and Acronis True Image Home 2011 Plus Pack (French)
When I want to make a Boot CD, I have an error with Event Code : 0x0018000B+0x0018000B

I work with Windows 7 64 bits

Hello Gérard,

Thank you for reporting about the issue.

There can be many reasons, but before we proceed with the investigation,  I would like to suggest you a workaround: 

  1. Download the latest updated bootable media from your account
  2. Burn it onto the CD
  3. Boot from the CD to check whether it functions properly

This should resolve the issue.

Please also don't forget that you can search Forum and KB article with the error code, just select "All" option, and you will get the list of Forums and article where this error code is mentioned.
