Holiday Coupon does not work/validate when shopping !

I've trying to use a 30% discount Acronis Holiday Coupon, now available
at your website, got two of them, and when I go to the shopping cart and
past the coupon code it gives the message:
"The given code does not exist! Please check"
The code is correct, and received by e-mail after getting the 4 pieces of the puzzle,
so, what's happening ? Does the Holiday Coupon really works or not ? Or am I
at a fake page ?
I can send the code by pm to one of you moderators/admin of this forum, if
necessary.
And more: yesterday Acronis True Image Home 2011 (English) was priced $49,99,
with a 2nd copy free, today there is no 2nd copy (or license) at all, and the price
shows $59,49 !
What's going on ? Every day the prices changes, the offers appear and disapear ?
How can anyone trust a shop with this behavior ?
