"Internet Connection" Error Message when Data Backup is attempted
Having used several versions of True Image, I have upgraded to the latest version, True Image Home 2009. When I attempt to use the "MyData" Backup option I get an Error message titled "Internet Connection Error". I thought that this was caused by the remnants of the Microsofts Workspace.Office.Live product which I had deleted some months ago, and did manage to find a hidden file from that program which I deleted. This did result in slight improvement, but the message still persists and requires 3 clicks of the "Cancel" option to allow files to be selected. It does NOT appear to stop the backup taking place, but I am sure it should not be happening. Can anyone resolve or explain this problem. A copy of the error message is attached.
Needless to say I have had excellent results from previos versions of this product.

Following recent updates to Windows XP, some users experience popups asking them to enter their Windows Live ID whenever they browse to their Documents and Settings/username/ folder, whether or not they have such an ID or use those services. This can be prevented by deleting the item "My web sites on MSN" from the NetHood (My Network Places) subfolder in this folder, which apparently causes this by trying to access the network.
