Older Bootable Media ver 9.1 will work for Win7 ???

I have an older Bootable Media (9.1 version) on USB and i use it to backup and restore my XP computer.
Now i installed a new PC with windows 7 64 bits.
Can i use my 9.1 Bootable Media to backup and restore the new windows 7 64 bits?
I can boot the new PC with it. No problem.
But can i backup and restore a Win 7 64 system and files ?
