I have Acronis true home 2009.

I changed my internal hard drive that was showing signs of fatigue (repeatedly bp starting with bad sectors CHKDSK found and corrected). For this I used the backup / restore function of Acronis. It went well except that I can not use Word, Excel and Windows Mail.

When I launch Word, a new document page opens, on the left a "Document Recovery" window, but I have a message in the middle of the "Windows install screen - The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click ok and try again or enter the area below an alternate path to a folder containing the "PROI11.MSI" installation package. If I close this message, another s reads "Microsoft Office has not been installed for the current user. Please run the installation program of the application. "

When I start Windows Mail, I can not post the "start the application could not open the message store of Windows Mail. If you have moved the files to a new location, click ok to redefine new path ..... " When I click ok I have a new message "unable to start Windows Mail, the application was unable to open the message store of Windows messages. Enough memory on your computer or your disk is full (0x80004005)". When I click ok I have a new message 'unable to start Windows mail because MSOE.DLL could not be found. "Is it a problem with DLL or is it due to the fact that Windows Mail not found my mail.

I tried to use other non-microsoft software installed on my PC and it seems to work. It would therefore appear with software microsoft there would be problems ....

All this is interesting, because just before I made the manipulation backup / restore, I could still use Word and Windows Mail on my old hard drive, and I did not turn off the PC to the manipulation backup ... .

Does anyone have any idea what I could do?

In advance, thank you for your answers

When you restored the drive image, did you select to restore the Disk Signature?

I don't know. I don't see this option because I choose automatic restoration
