Are Acronis Mac email notifications broken? (April 19, 2019 - April 22, 2019)
I used to see daily emails when daily backups had completed on both of my Macs. I received mail for only one of my nightly backups on April 19. No notifications arrived April 20, 21, or 22.
This is a GMail account. I checked the spam folder and they weren't there either. I also verified that the backups had completed for each day on both machines.
April 26, still an issue since the 19th
Edit: I found an online page with email settings, available when visiting the account dashboard on the web, then clicking on the user icon in the top right corner.
All of my options there were unchecked (backup mails for warnings, errors, and/or successful backups). I haven't visited that page to make any changes so I don't know why they would have been disabled. I've enabled all mail again, and will wait and see if backups send mail.
