Hi, running Acronis True Image 2019 on a Macbook Air with Mojave (10.14.1).

I have had persistent problems with Error 0x40001 backing up to a NAS. I assumed this was a disk error but running Disk Utility never returned any errors. Yesterday I restored the Mac from a Time Machine backup, thinking this would resolve the problem, but it persisted.

This morning I created a new backup task and have a new error to go with it.

Here's the log text. Any suggestions?

Same issue on my MacBook Pro (late 2013) and it just started today. I have been successfully running this backup on this version of Acronis 19 (23.4.17000) with MacOS Mojave (10.14.2) for some time without issues....

Any idea from Acronis?   Happy to raise a ticket if required.

Well looks like just a glitch this time around - restarted the same backup - no reboots, hard or soft resets, just hit the "Backup" button again and it sailed through without error this time....
