Full Disk Access - have granted, but ACPHO keeps asking

I have reinstalled latest version of ACPHO, after HD crash, now running Monterey 12.0.1
When it asked for Full Disk Access, I granted permission by dragging the icon across. The two Acronis boxes in Full Disk Access were ticked (for the app and the com.acronis.helpertool). Acronis restarted and asked for permission again.
I have been through the loop several times, including
- resetting the system
- deleting the two Acronis references in the Full Disk Access
Any ideas?

Thank you, I hadn't looked at the build number, but had checked there were no updates .
Yesterday, I had help from support.
What I should have tried was reinstalling the app anyway, that fixed it straight away.
