Why is Acronis Monitor taking up 1.80GB of memory on my machine? It's not currently doing any backups. Also I've turned off active protection.

I haven't found any documented issues similar to one described by you..If you have time for investigation, I'd ask you to submit a support ticket, so that our engineers can take a look at the diagnostic information and pass the issue to the RnD if needed.
