I have acronis mobile back up app on my iphone. I went to do a back up and it asked me to log in. I entered the same password used to go on line but it says incorrect or invalid password and there is no link to retrive it. I can't even delete the app and set up a new one. Can I no longer use the app then?

If your password is accepted when logging into your personal account at Acronis website, but fails in the mobile application I recommend contacting our support team for investigation. I haven't found any clues in our internal resources that could be helpful in this case. Would you kindly share the results of the investigation with the community.
